Consider a five or ten class card!

All classes are 60 minutes and $15. Five class cards are available for $65. Ten class cards are available for $130. All levels are accommodated. Private sessions are available. Also, please inquire about GRASSROOTS-TO-GO. Yoga for a small or large group at your home, business or location of your choice.

All weekly classes are drop-in, no need to pre-register or sign up for a space, come join anytime you are able! 

Sunday

11:00 am – Relax & Refresh

Deep stretch with slow flowing movement to open the body and mind.

Monday

9:30 am – Fresh Start 

Movement and peace at your own pace to start your week in a centered way. 

6:30 pm – Meridian Yoga 

Slow down and really stretch, working with the meridian system of the body.

Tuesday

9:30 am – Yoga Foundations 

Learning the beautiful basics. 

11:30 am – Chair and More 

Hatha yoga using chairs and props for balance and deep peace. 

5:30 pm – Classic Yoga 

An exploration of traditional yoga postures and breathwork. 

Wednesday

9:30 am – Gentle Yoga

A class with mindful, slow movement suitable for all, especially those new to yoga.

6:30 pm – Hatha x Vinyasa 

A blend of thoughtfully held shapes and flowing energy movement. 

Thursday

9:30 am – Yoga Therapy Flow

An inclusive flow that has specific focus on breath, accessible movement and wellness practices. 

6:30 pm – Strength and Balance 

Strengthening muscles for better balance and flow.  

Friday

9:30 am – Meditation in Motion 

An intermediate Hatha style yoga class with variations for all, including more challenging holds. 

11:30 am  – Chair and More

Hatha yoga using chairs and props for balance and deep peace. 

6:00 pm – Slow, Flow & Restore 

Conscious, slower motion with a deep restorative finish. 

Saturday

9:00 am – Discover Yoga 

An inclusive flow for those curious to explore movement, breath and rest in a yogic way. 

10:30 am – Classic Plus

Yoga combined with other movement dynamics.
