Located in beautiful Wurtsboro, New York, Grassroots Yoga is a full service yoga studio offering classes for all levels of ability. Our mission is to provide our students a positive and nurturing yoga experience. Our class offerings are varied; suitable for those who are new to the practice through to those students who want a more full body vinyasa flow experience. Class sizes are small, allowing our instructors to give students individual attention. All poses are demonstrated, and many variations are provided in every class.
