Private Yoga
I remember being the person who was too intimidated to walk into a yoga studio. What the heck was going on in there?? It’s a classic case of “fear of the unknown”. So, let’s meet, chat, move and dispel some myths. Pick a day and time that works best for you. Call or send us at text at 845-321-1664. Give yourself the gift of yoga.
