Elisa Mendels, LCSW and Certified Kids Yoga Instructor..
A 4 week series of classes~for two distinct age groups~allows for just the right amount of practice and fun..
Ages 8 to 12 meet Tuesdays/3:30pm
July 7, 14, 21 and 28
Ages 4 to 7 meet Thursdays/9:30am
July 9, 16, 23 and 30
Classes will be approximately 40 minutes in our big, welcoming, light-filled studio..
$50 for a 4 week series in each age group
Drop-in for one class $15
Expect a beautiful introduction to this wonderful practice in an appropriate way for your child..
